Self-expanding polyurethane foam tape is a pre-compressed, self-expanding foam tape that is based on a modified polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam expands uniformly to provide a high-performance, all-weather seal and is treated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side to secure to one side of the joint. Specialized for sealing gaps around windows and doors, expansion joints in concrete, and joints between precast concrete panels and profile panels.
